LEADERSHIP TEAM
Loreto is a business executive with 25 years of corporate, transactional, business transformation and operational experience working with several large public and private North American businesses across a wide range of industries.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Loreto served as Tricor's Chief Operating and Legal Officer, where he was responsible for the oversight and management of Tricor's overall business operations (US and Canada), including an extensive business transformation and product enhancement exercise.
Prior to Tricor, Loreto served in a variety of executive roles in private equity and consumer finance (ECN Capital Corp. [ECN.TO – TSX]), waste management and recycling (Waste Connections Inc. [WCN.TO – TSX]) and pharmacy retail technology (Medavail Technologies Inc. [MDVL – NASD]). Over the years Loreto has also served as Director of a number of large North American private and public companies in North America, and is ICD.D Certified.
He holds a BBA and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University), and a JD from Western University. Loreto is called to the Bar in Ontario and the State of New York, and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors. From 2004 until 2022, he was Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
Kim Fletcher joined Tricor in 2013 as a Business Development Manager in Southwestern ON and quickly became a valuable resource for our lending team as she focused on developing the Tricor Lease & Finance Business across the country starting in 2016 as the Director of Sales & Marketing for TLFC.
Prior to joining Tricor Kim had over 25 years of field experience in the automotive sector holding numerous key roles focused on leading successful teams. As well, Kim spent a significant portion of her career (15yrs) building dealer relationships as a lending partner in both the prime and non-prime space with major lenders such as TD and Wells Fargo Financial.
Prior to joining Tricor, Kim was the Director of Advertising, Autos with Wheels.ca where she was responsible for the development of the Wheels.ca platform for Torstar. Earlier in her career, Kim worked as a Financial Services Manager. Kim earned her Business Marketing Diploma from Fleming College in 1992.
In her new role as Director of Training, Compliance and Knowledge Management, Deb is responsible for driving content to our consumer and dealer-facing websites, with a keen focus on our online training initiatives within the Tricor eLearning ecosystem. She will play a key role in the ongoing management, development and implementation of learning strategies and programs for shareholder dealership employees and help them navigate within the LMS/Engage Collaborations & reporting.
Deb is also responsible for various organizational development and compliance initiatives, including the management of dealer resources, knowledge management in the TriCloud central repository, marketing materials, products, branding and the onboarding process for new shareholders and Tricor employees.
Deb joined Tricor in 2012 and brings with her over 35+ years of automotive experience, she has worked in various roles over the years, F&I, sales, leasing, CRM software, business development, consulting, coaching and training. Prior to Tricor, Deb was the National Trainer and Performance Specialist at Industrial Alliance and holds certifications as a Master Trainer and Instructional designer/developer.
Mr. Leslie joined the management team at Tricor Automotive Group in 2003 as its first Chief Financial Officer.
He brings nearly 20 years of automotive finance and service experience to the Company. He holds Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") and Chartered Financial Analysts ("CFA") certifications.
Mr. Leslie oversees all financial and management reporting for Tricor entities.
Nick joined Tricor in January 2016 as an Account Manager. In this role, he is responsible for providing on-going training support to our member dealers and their financial services staff. He is also responsible for on-going sales support, results-based reporting and acts as a subject matter expert for our suite of products. Nick brings to Tricor nearly 20 years of automotive experience across retail, aftermarket and portfolio management. Prior to joining Tricor, Nick served as General Sales Manager for one of the largest and most successful automotive groups in Canada. He was also a Regional Sales Manager for one of Canada’s premiere F&I suppliers where he managed the Greater Toronto territory, resulting in increased sales year-over-year.
Nick began his career in retail automotive at a GTA import dealership after graduating from the Automotive Business School of Canada at Georgian College in 2006. He also attended NUCARS (Northwood University Computerized Automotive Retail Simulation) at Nuertingen Geislingen University, Germany in 2006; a team-based management training simulation that challenges automotive students to restore a dealership to financial health.
Nancy’s journey into the automotive world began at a Ford dealership in a small north-coast B.C. community in 2001. With an economy in despair during that time, she eventually made the tough decision to leave her home community to take advantage of the vast opportunities that were available in Calgary, Alberta where she worked with domestic and premium brands as both a finance manager and sales manager. In 2013, an opportunity arose to advance into the lending side of the automotive industry where she spent 5 years in the banking industry learning the intricate world of automotive lending. The relationships built during this experience eventually opened a door within the Tricor Automotive Group; an encompassing role that has utilized her talents from both the dealership and banking levels.
Nancy is a patient and understanding person who derives satisfaction from building relationships and helping people. She puts the interests of others, Company and customers, first. Her friendly and outgoing nature has made her an excellent fit to provide excellent Support to our exclusive dealer network and our management team. Outside of her role at Tricor, Nancy delights in photography, the great outdoors and her two Australian Shepherds.
Michelle Jawan joined Tricor as our Director, National Claims in 2021. She comes with over twenty years of luxury dealership fixed operations management experience. Michelle has led a number of service teams to high levels of customer service and satisfaction achieving manufacturer awards at her dealerships.
As we grow our business, Michelle focuses on strengthening relationships with our claims team and stakeholders to provide a seamless and best in class experience for all.
Michelle earned the Service Department Management certification at the NADA Dealer Academy in Viginia, USA in 2008 and resides in Ontario, Canada.
